In September 2020, our headquarters location in Pilsen was changed. We moved to an architecturally significant functionalist villa of the builder Karel Tomášek in Pilsen-Doubravka.

A native of Pilsen and builder Karel Tomášek, in collaboration with the renowned architect Jan Víšek, built this villa in the early 1930s. The building was designed timelessly and served not only as the headquarters of the design office of the builder Tomášek, but also as a place for his family to live. In the past, the villa served as a kindergarten, grocery store, hairdressing saloon or pizzeria. Some stages are still remembered by the inhabitants of the city district.

Now the villa serves as a coworking center and is undergoing renovation, which aims to restore its original luster and preserve its historical value.
